This policy complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. For non-bespoke goods, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving goods. Notice must be given in writing. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving returned goods in resaleable condition. All blinds, shutters, curtains, awnings and motorised systems supplied are bespoke and made-to-measure. Under Regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, bespoke goods are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period once production has commenced. By paying a deposit and confirming your order, you authorise manufacture and waive the statutory cooling-off period once production begins. Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation if production has not started. After this, deposits are non-refundable. Faulty goods are covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You may request repair, replacement or refund where appropriate. If installation services begin within the 14-day cooling-off period at your request, you accept that cancellation rights are lost once the service is completed. For off-premises or distance contracts, full written confirmation including pricing and cancellation rights will be provided.
